    Another family favourite and great camp meal.

    Ingredients:
    1kg of premium beef mince (can use lamb or beef/pork mix)
    1x 500g jar of Bolognese pasta sauce
    1x Tin of Italian diced tomatoes
    1x small tin of tomato paste
    1x drizzle of Worcestershire sauce
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    250g diced bacon
    1x Cup of frozen peas and corn
    1x large brown onion
    1x tablespoon of garlic (or as much or as little as needed)

    Method:
    Dice the onion and bacon if it isn't already, throw it in a pan with the garlic and some oil and brown it all.

    Add the mince and brown cook until browned.

    Add the jar of Bolognese sauce, can of tomatoes and half the small tin of tomato paste, give it a good stir. Now add the drizzle of Worcestershire sauce, not to much, this serves to cut through the acidity of the tomatoes and balances it all out.

    Simmer the sauce for about 10-15mins, add salt and pepper to taste.

    In a pot of boiling water add your preferred pasta and cook as per instructions on the packet.

    Once the pasta is cooked serve.

    Top it with some fresh parmesan cheese for that little bit extra.
