1) We do not accept refunds for incorrectly chosen items, if you are not sure about a product we are only an email or a phone call away.
2) Faulty items will be exchanged or sent for repair under warranty, we will not exchange or have items repaired under warranty if the damage is due to incorrect use/abuse. We appreciated your honesty in this respect, if you break it you bought it as they say.
3) If you are unhappy with our service we’d really appreciate the opportunity to fix the problem, in order to do this we need to know. If you are unhappy with something let us know and we’ll sort it.
